The information collected when using the contact form is sent to the DRIVER’S RALLY sales department so that they can process your request. The information collected on our registration forms, as well as on our contact form, is each time the minimum information we need to process your request to participate in the rallies or answer your questions. None are optional.

The legal basis for the processing is the collection of your consent when using these forms.

In application of the regulations, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, limitation of processing. To exercise these rights, contact Driver’s Rally at the address indicated on the contact page, attaching proof of your identity. Without activity on your part for 36 months, DRIVER’S RALLY will erase your personal data from its databases.
